• Analyzed regional traffic-incident datasets using GIS mapping, Excel, and Python to identify high-risk zones and trend patterns across the Waterloo Region.
• Built heatmaps and dashboards to visualize collision statistics, supporting evidence-based safety planning.
• Recommended targeted infrastructure changes (e.g., ramps at roundabouts near The Boardwalk), contributing to a 32% reduction in traffic and pedestrian incidents across intervention areas.
