During my co-op term at Grand River Hospital, I worked as an Operations and Data Analyst, developing Python-based tools and machine learning models to support clinical decision-making and optimize hospital workflows.

Key Achievements:

• Created Python tools supporting real-time clinical decision-making using data from 100+ observation shifts.
• Integrated ML models and optimization logic, lowering forecast error by 16%.
• Worked extensively with Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn to clean, transform, and analyze datasets.
• Led agile-style sprint meetings with clinical, IT, and research stakeholders to define software requirements, demo tools, and iterate solutions, ensuring technical solutions closely aligned with user needs.
